Digital downloads
You will be able to download your digital photograph immediately after payment is cleared. Go to My Account > Downloads, and click on the file name. The file will automatically download to your computer.
Framed prints and mugs
The framed prints and mugs are sent directly from our suppliers once we process the order. We do occasionally use different suppliers for different products, therefore your order may arrive in separately. Their turn around is approximately one week from the time we release the order, however occasionally delays in delivery do happen in the supply and with delivery companies our of our control. If you are ordering a product as a gift or special occasion, I would advise you give plenty of time for delivery delays.
